We are pleased to inform you that we have just finalized improvements of Folia Turistica journal website. The upgrade was carried out regarding our application to include Folia Turistica in SCOPUS and Web of Science databases. Not only we have introduced suggested alterations and additions (e.g. related to publication ethics, privacy policy and implementation of COPE Best Practices Guidelines), but also we have improved both the architecture and functionality of the website. Meanwhile, we have managed to increase our presence in other science databases (e.g. MIAR - Information Matrix for the Analysis of Journals) and signed an agreement with EBSCO. We have also harmonised the functionality of the journal’s basic website (at: http://www.folia-turistica.pl/index.php/pl/) with our other website being apart of the agreement with Index Copernicus International (https://journals.indexcopernicus.com/search/journal/issue?issueId=all&journalId=27206), where we have been publishing all separately uploaded papers with the attached DOI numbers since 2016. We strongly encourage you not only to visit our modified website but also, and foremost, to co-operate with our journal in various spheres of its activity and functionality, i.e. reading papers published on our website, sending in your opinions, scientific reviews and polemics on the publications, as well as contributing with your own papers presenting your research projects. Traditionally, we look forward to further fruitful co-operation with all experts reviewing the paper proposals sent to our journal.
